Itinerary description
This is a great hike along the bottom of the bluff and up the ridge parallel to the bluff to return after bushbashing to the other side of the bluff to observe a waterfall and then returning by an old logging track.
Most of the track is along ill frequented narrow track but there is little bush bash to get to the creek and waterfall. Across the top of The bluff there is a number of ribbons at the time this hike was done.
The hike starts off traversing between two adjoining properties to a Creek. Just before the creek is a picnic table. After going across the creek look ahead to see the passageway continuing past the house on the right. Octopus eating a little bit uphill you will hit the first of the 330 steps. At the top of the steps is a picnic table. This picnic table is where you will return to at the end of the walk where you meet the fence here.
After passing under the bluff you will reach a spur to the right of the bluff which progresses upwards past a small razorback to the top of the hill. Had a point you will divert from the marked track to bushbash across to the waterfall.
After viewing the waterfall you will follow the creek up until it hits a logging track which you will follow back to the top of the bluff add follow the ribbons and semi-marked trail to a lookout. A little further on from the lookout you will hit a logging trail that descends the ridge back to the table at the top of the stairs.
If you having trouble finding the start just look for the big power lines The start is to the right of that.
