Itinerary description
A nice hike to a stunning waterfall (first dead end on the track) and several charcos (second dead end on the track) with perfect conditions for river-tracing. There are more rivers which can be explored, lots of playground for water-, waterfall and river-enthusiasts. The trail starts just in a little barrio of La Altagracia, but can also be started directly at the Autopista Duarte (+1 km).

La première cascade est belle et la baignade y est très agréable. La deuxième est moins intéressante.
Départ proche de la capitale mais itinéraire sauvage. Je conseille de le faire dans l’autre sens en prenant á gauche juste avant le col, de ne pas aller à la cascade du haut et de faire une belle pause á celle du bas. Puis retour via le col.
