Itinerary description
Subida desde la zona recreativa de La Caldera hasta el Parque Nacional, pasando por bosque, pistas, un corto tramo de carretera y varios senderos de Alta Montaña. Vistas únicas al Valle de La Orotava (norte), Valle de Guimar (sur), y La Palma. Sin dificultad, pero hay que tener en cuenta el desnivel y los km a recorrer. Llevar agua, abrigo y protección solar.
Ascending from the La Caldera PicNic zone to the Teide National Park, passing forest, mountain trails and steep gorges, unique views of the Orotava (north) and Guimar valley (south), Teide and La Palma island. The track has no difficulties, but keep in mind the difference in heights and the km to do. Temperature might get chilly in the higher region, there is no water supply along the track and the sun is very strong.
