Itinerary description
This is a great loop that takes you up to the top of the mountain La Corona, near Ventas de Zafarraya. It is a relatively easy climb due to the not too steep gradient of the trail. Amazing views from the top... towards La Maroma just across the valley, to Sierra Nevada to the east, the plain of Zafarraya and Lake Viñuela... Great path through a great landscape... one of my favorite hikes...

Thank you Else, this trail was perfect for an early May hike with my husband and daughter. Beautiful scenery, well marked and the descent was gentle. We would highly recommend this trail to anyone who visits the area!!
