Itinerary description

In La Hermida, there is much more parking space than at Urdon, however it adds 2.1 kilometers, and on return you can get refreshments in a few restaurants in La Hermida, so worth the extra miles. From La Hermida, take the path up and follow the direction of Urdon. Keep to the higher path close to Urdon. In the Urdon valley, you pass four bridges, three of which cross the Urdon. After bridge four, the path goes up, with many hairpins and becomes challenging due to the loose stones the path consists of, until you reach the cliff top at the balcon de pilates. You can continue to Tresviso, but we called it a day and returned the same path to La Hermida for a nice cool cerveza.
