Itinerary description
A very good, predominantly circular walk that can be started anywhere on the route. It is almost all on footpaths or tracks and includes the GR-130 plus un-numbered but fairly well used tracks. The route passes drinking/lunch spots in Puntagorda (coffee and cake, plus others), Las Tricias (in the central square) and in El Castillo (restuarant azull, weekends only, reservations recommended, no drinks only). The highlight on a sunny day is around El Castillo, particularly in late January when the almonds are in flower
