Itinerary description
Very nice path - remote and yet close to Panama City - Th first part in the Cana Canaleja is really challenging and you might really want to have a machette handy. This part is not long (at most 500 meters) but you strictly need to follow the GPS instructions. Afterwards the rest of the path is challenging to find at times but much easier. Long sleeves, long pants and solid shoes highly recommended.

Wonderful trail - the early part in the Cana Canaleja is very difficult - we followed the GPS track laid in 2013 and it worked perfectly: Advice is to take a Machette
