Itinerary description
A good walk, no need for hiking boots, good trail for all to enjoy.
Campsite at Camping du Lac at La Croix Huguet would make an excellent base point. Looks as though there is plenty to keep family amused too.
Went a bit wrong at the top of the lake - instinct said to head back down the river - nope.
Should also have taken a right turn just after Lezonnet to go down the side of the lake. Cycle path I was on made the south side a little boring compared to the North.
Might be worthwhile doing anticlockwise and stop off at the Creperie du Lac to replenish all the calories you just burnt off.
