Itinerary description
As the size of the parking already suggests, this trail can be pretty busy at times as many people hike to lac d'Espingo to sunbathe. It is therefore recommended to start early to avoid crowds.
Once you reach col d'Espingo you likely have a beautiful view on the lake and see grazing horses on the plateau. It is worth the effort to continue walking to Lac Saussat as this does not take much extra time (approximately 30min) and gives you a nice view on cirque d'Espingo.
