Itinerary description
I took the bus from Costa Adeje Bus Station. I finished the walk at Los Cristianos bus terminal.
I recommend walking shoes or boots because the trail is hard on your feet. Also walking poles, plenty of fluids and cover up from the sun.
The route is easy to follow. It took me 75 minutes up to the lighthouse for my first rest. It took 75 minutes from the lighthouse to Palm Mar. You can end your walk here and get a bus to Guaza. Please check the times it is a limited timetable.
From Palm Mar there is a little scramble up the mountain. Don't be afraid lots of people old and young do it. The views and plants on top of the mountain is worth the climb.
