Itinerary description

This is a nice beach walk of about 5.5k per way starting in the middle of Las Lajas beach, just where you arrive from the main road. From there you walk west until the river mouth and then back. This walk is best done in the early morning because of the heat and since there is no shade. We did it barefoot, but our feet definetly hurt after 10k walking barefoot on the sand, so shoes might come in handy.

For me, this is one of the most beautiful beaches in panama and walking along it is a great way to absorb the beauty and seeming endlesness of this place.
