Itinerary description
This is an extremely beautiful walk along the Lavada hydroelectric project that was built in the late 1950s an earthquake in 1998 washed out portions of the Levada and it is no longer used. The trail is lined with hydrangea, Lace Cap Hydrangea, wild blackberries, wild blueberries, strawberries and incredible forest sections. There panoramic views of the north and northwest coast of Faial.

מסלול הליכה יוצא דופן ביופיו. צמחיה מדהימה לאורך כל המסלול. יש לזכור שזה מסלול לא מעגלי ולדאוג להקפצה חזרה לרכב בסוף המסלול.
