Back to Lake Bled, climbing to the summit of Velicka Osojnica and the views of Mala Osojnica and Ojstrica. The views of the lake and its surroundings are fantastic from any point on the route, but they are especially impressive from the vantage point next to the summit of "Velika Osojnica" and from the viewpoints of Mala Osojnica and Ojstrica.
We leave Bled following the walk that goes around the lake. After about 3 km, before reaching the camping on the other side of the lake we take a well signposted road that in a short but strong climb reaches the viewpoint of Mala Osojnica. We keep climbing following the signs that Velicka Osojnica indicates until reaching the summit. A few meters before reaching the summit we can divert about 50 - 100m to the right to go to a fantastic viewpoint over the lake. We go down following the signs that Velicka Zaka points out and, half way down the road, we will find some signs that indicate the path of climbing to the Ojstrica viewpoint. We went up and down to the viewpoint and just got off to the lake. We continue along the promenade next to the lake until we reach the foot of the castle. Following the path indicated by a wooden signal, we go up to the castle and go down the other side to reach the church of Sant Martí and the town of Bled.
