Llano de la Venta – Pico Mijas
This walk starts from the off road parking area opposite the 10Km sign on the A387 (Llano de la Venta), a stone’s throw from Puerto de los Pescadores.
This is a straight forward linear route using the Camino del Tejar to get to Pico Mijas, or as the locals call it La Bola. There are quite a few zigzags on this Camino.
It’s a medium walk bordering closer towards hard because of the 850m climb, and also that it is 19Km return trip.
Today I was unfortunate to see the fire that is raging in Sierra Bermeja in Estepona.
