This hike can be done wonderfully from the campsite in Lofthus. Since there is little slope here, the tour is a relaxed walk, if you want to spend the night in Lofthus or to spare your tired hiking feet. Directly at the campground is a blackboard with the directions. We connected the two trails "Fructstien / Fruit Trail" and "Elvedalen / River Valley Walk". First, the path led us through the orchards of Lufthus, along the beautiful colorful wooden huts overlooking the Sorfjord. The path "Elvedalen" leads through a valley parallel to the river up to a bridge. If you go over the bridge and turn right on a trail, you can catch an even more beautiful view of the falls.
