It’s worth mentioning that this is a hiking in the snow and can be done with snowshoes, but I didn’t use them.
Keeping that in mind, the signs for snowshoeing in Verbier are just terrible! I tried following them but had to figure out where to go by myself almost all the time.

The real start point is the Medran cable car. We parked at the Chables parking which is free for up to 10 days and went up. From there we went towards the tourist information and then headed to Périn car park.

From the crossroads where the car park is located, you begin to climb (all this section is on asphalt and there is no snow). At one point we decided to go straight up cross country, and at one point we saw the track to follow, much easier and even possible to do in sneakers.
Following the path you will come to the restaurant La Marlène. You have to be careful as it is very poorly indicated. The best thing is to follow the trekking signs and at least make sure you don't take the wrong path.

From there we continue walking to get into a beautiful but demanding walk through the virgin snow until we reach an area with more restaurants.
At that point you can climb up to the Croix de Coeur. The slope is very steep and you go up the ski slope, so you have to pay attention to those who go down. On the contrary, the descent can be done equally by the track or through.

The descent to Le Carrefour is done by the ski slopes, which in this area are flatter and it is a good walk. The same up to the starting point where you can slide and make yourself ski without wearing skis.

Cabe mencionar que esta es una caminata en la nieve y se puede hacer con raquetas de nieve, pero yo no las usé.
Teniendo eso en cuenta, ¡las señales para caminar con raquetas de nieve en Verbier son simplemente malísimas! Traté de seguirlas, pero tuve que averiguar adónde ir solo casi todo el tiempo.

El verdadero punto de partida es el teleférico de Medran. Aparcamos en el aparcamiento de Chables, que es gratuito hasta 10 días, y subimos. Desde allí nos dirigimos hacia la información turística y luego nos dirigimos al parking de Périn.

Desde el cruce donde se encuentra el parking se empieza a subir (todo este cacho es sobre asfalto y no hay nada de nieve). En un momento decidimos subir directamente campo a través, y en un momento vimos la pista a seguir, mucho más fácil e incluso posible hacer en zapatillas.
Siguiendo el camino llegarás hasta el restaurante la Marlène. Hay que tener atención ya que está muy mal indicado. Lo mejor es seguir las señales de trekking y al menos te aseguras no equivocarte de camino.

Desde ahí seguimos andando para meternos en una bonita pero exigente marcha a través de la nieve virgen hasta llegar a una zona de más restaurantes.
En ese punto se puede subir hasta la Croix de Coeur. La pendiente es muy fuerta y se sube por la pista de esquí, con lo que hay que tener atención a los que bajan. Por contra, la bajada se puede hacer igualmente por la pista o a través.

El descenso hasta Le Carrefour se hace por las pistas de esquí, que en esta zona son más llanas y es un buen paseo. Lo mismo hasta el punto de partida en la que podrás deslizar y hacer que esquías sin llevar esquís puestos.
