Itinerary description
The route starts from the parking lot and you will quickly stumble upon a cool set of climbable rocks. The path is quite thorny so it is recommended TO WEAR long pants also for later in the route.
After the rocks, the path leads you into the forest. GPS signal and WikiLoc won’t work too accurately and the path is hard to stay on / find. There are a lot of thorns and its a dense forest. This part is about 4 kilometers but can take you hours. I struggled for three hours until making it out. A tip: follow the river when you find it. I saw wild deer running by!
The path ends at a bridge and on the right you will see a rock. Go towards the rock and you can climb on this one as well. I call it Eagle Rock! You can also go to the other rocks. There is a path, I went straight and climbed and jumped over: not recommended if you’re unsure.
On the left there is another rock out cropping which is climbable. A cool ravine between the rocks but the path up is hard to find and very thorny. Afterwards descent to the road and the hard part of the hike is over.
Follow the road up and you will be at the start of the second part of the hike. After 1 km the dirt road ends and you will be in a very pretty and quiet forest. The path is very comfortable. When you exit the forest you can go back via the road or what I suggest is to go back through the forest.
First part is very taxing, second part is very relaxing.
