Itinerary description
Los Azulejos is a spectacular landspace in the west side of Gran Canaria, close to the village of Veneguera. Due to the volcanic nature of the island, in this zone mountains are made up of amazing multi-color layers.
In winter, after the first rains, you'll be able to see some waterfalls falling from the mountains and several small pools to take a quick bath in the middle of the route.
Inagua is one of the most beatiful and well conservated natural parks of Gran Canaria and it contains some of the oldest pine trees in the island.
Attention: Winter is the best season to hike in this area. Summer is too hot in the south of the island.
Please be respectful with the enviroment and enjoy it as much as we did! If you like this trail, share your experience in this page.
