Itinerary description
Easy trail if you need to kill an afternoon. Follow the road to the Machu Picchu turnoff, cross the bridge and turn right to the Machu Picchu visitor centre and orchid filled botanic garden walk.
Then back over the bridge and up along the railway tracks till you get to Mandor where you buy a S20 ticket to go up the lovely 1km trail to the waterfalls.
On the way back stop and get an empanada. Yum.
