Itinerary description
We walked from Maro to the Roman bridge then walked back up to the caves. We took the route to the picnic area but just before there we took the baranco to the left to return to Nerja. The walk is steady and uphill on good track. The baranco is a rough rugged steep drop down and care was required. Once in the base it was a nice steady walk Down a good track towards the sugar factory then back by the right hand trail road to Nerja. We followed red paint marks until under the bridge then took the green paint marked track towards nerja.
