Itinerary description
The route begins at the Marquet de les Roques parking lot (free parking) and runs almost entirely along easy ridges, providing excellent views. There are some avoidable easy scrambles (at Roca Sareny and to reach the very summit of Castell de Pera), but otherwise, it does not pose great technical difficulty.
During the first part, we gain altitude very directly following a very evident trail that goes along the Torrent de la Font de Llor. Once at Collet de Llor, we head towards Les Agulles de Finestrelles, and a few feet further, we reach Cau dels Emboscats, a cave that we can visit by descending a precarious wooden staircase. We continue along the path that follows the crest of Les Emprius with beautiful views of La Mola, Montserrat, Port del Compte, Cadí, the Pyrenees... We descend to Coll Pregona, and from there, we head to Roca Sereny, which we will traverse along its narrow ridge on a faint trail with some scramble. Later, we turn south to face the ascent to Castell Sapera (romanesque origins), whose ruins are accompanied by an interpretive table. From there, we continue along the Carena de la Muntada until the main track. At this point, one could return to the car, but we choose to visit Sant Lorenç Savall to have lunch (many restaurants there) and extend the route along much gentler paths than the previous ones.

Siempre por la cresta, como me gusta. Lo mejor son las vistas, desde el mar hasta los Pirineos.
