Itinerary description
Small unknown gorge Just half hour from Ag. Nikolaos. Start from Skinias village ,( Elounda , Vrouhas , Selles, Loumas , Skinias) and end at aulaki beach at the area of Vlihadia. Except three small cliff which need just some attention, and two points with fresh slidings , gorge it s easy and almost for every one. 1.40min until aulaki beach ,swimming at the clear water for half hour and another 1.30 for the rest of the trail with 2 mini stops.
Epilogue:What a nice secret just few metres of Ag. Nikolaos. Gorge maybe is not with tall sides or very long but is exactly the appropriate size to taste the beauty of nature. Choose day with no wind or south wind to swim also.

There is passage at the fence , everywhere in crete there is fences and passages also. Je suis désolé madam

We did the route down through the gorge. Very scenic and easy to follow the route. But not “easy” going. Lots of thorny bushes and towards the bottom of the gorge several places where the entire gorge was blocked by bushes / trees which required climbing over or round.
