Midtbyrunden goes around the city center of Trondheim. It’s marked with green “Midtbyrunden” signs all the way and has 3 starting points with info boards at Solsiden, Marinen and Skansen at Ila.

The theme of the tour is ‘water’ as the tour runs along the Trondheim Fjord, the canal and the Nidelven river.





You pass, among others, Skansen, Sjøbadet, Bakklandet, “The Portal of Happiness”, and Marinen.
