Itinerary description
This hike begins from the split rock car park and proceeds up the Birbie fire trail all the way up to Bribie camp. From there you follow the track uphill to Janu camp. At the junction at Janu camp the track proceeds up the Cathedral and Arch track to the Cathedrals and Arch.
The arch is pretty special because it has a tree growing in the middle of the arch. From there you descend down the track that you came out on and then up the Mt Exmouth track. This track is a narrow easy climb track up to the top of Mount Exmouth.
The conclusion is just returning all the way back along the way that you came. At the end we returned by the canyon trail that follows the water calls back to Berbie car park. We then returned by the road to Split Rock car park.
