Itinerary description
The descend from Mt. Snowdon into Llanberis is a good compromise for hikers with small children as it is possible to go up on the train. The views are fantastic and the trail is easy to follow. Walking poles are desirable if you want to protect your knees. It took us about 3 hours to reach Llanberis; we had a 7 year old so we walked slowly and made several stops.
