Itinerary description
I was looking to explore the area so I took the train from Simon's Town to Muizenberg and then hiked back to the place where I was staying. It is a combination of some difficult climbing/descending (mostly at the start) mixed in with a good distance of walking along the roadside.
There are plenty of ways to lengthen the hike like adding more beach portions or tackling another hill. To shorten simply hit one of the train stations along the way.
A good workout with many interesting things to see along the way.
