Itinerary description
An easy start along the old railway track towards Bedar before we head north across the campo. Continuing north up a rambla then a short climb we reach the 253m high "Cerro Cabezo de Maria" . We have our lunch by the hermitage at the summit before returning down the rambla to Perulaca and our cars at Los Gallardos Camping.

Did this walk today with friends. Great walk but path wasn't navigable and ran out at one point. We managed to get back on track and enjoyed the walk. It was quite slippery in places following last week's heavy rain. I would probably class this as slightly more difficult than 'moderate'. The path up to the hermitage is quite steep and gravelly, you need to be quite sure footed.
