Itinerary description
Leaving La Mayaru parking area we pick up the Bedar to Garrucha railway track in the rambla which we follow for about 2km. Shortly after seeing the hermitage in the distance we take a sharp left turn leading down to the rambla which winds it's way NW towards Los Alamos. A long circuitous climb up "Heart Attack Hill" brings us out of the valley to the hills around Bedar were we have lunch. After lunch we have a short walk of about 50 minutes on a tarmac surface back to our cars across the Bedar Road at La Mayaru.
