Itinerary description
Another good beginning of season leg stretch. We ascend to the disused airfield above Cortijo Grande for lunch and a look around. After lunch we descend into the Rambla Estrecho and return to our cars.

We could not find the starting point of this walk so we decided to do it in reverse. However, on our return we discovered that there is now a fence separating it from the Hostal Rural. Luckily, I was able to go under the fence & my husband was able to climb over it! So I would suggest starting the walk on the main road leading to Cortijo Grande & picking up the trail from there.
