Itinerary description
Leaving Mojacar Pueblo we first ascend to the TV masts above Mojacar. We then progress along the ridge to above La Parata. We then ascend via "Clapham Junction" to a final height of 605 metres where we have lunch overlooking the Playa. After lunch it is all downhill back to the Pueblo and a well deserved drink. Stunning scenery throughout.

I did it in May 2014. I would not say it's a difficult one, although it was a very pleasant day, not a really hot one. Having said that, it took us close to 5 hours. The path has a large number of marks (appreciate it) and I just missed the fact that it did not took us to the peak of any mountain. After all, a nice walk near Mojácar.

Far from difficult, moderate really. Just make sure to put on trousers, I went with shorts and got all my legs bruised. Lots of bushes on the way. Beautiful scenery!
The difficulty rating took into consideration that the age range of the registered walkers at the time was between 65 and 75.

Ruta fabulosa, difícil de seguir en la cota 504, donde 2 de los senderos no están muy marcados y sin el navegador no es fácil. Llevar pantalones largos, hay tramos de maleza que te arañan mucho las piernas, por lo demás es una maravilla.
