Itinerary description
Parking: At the side of a gravel road - passed the gypsum quarry, if you continue on the gravel road you will reach the deserted village El Marchalico-Vinicas and a bit further down the motorway A7 (exit La Herreria??). Plenty of space for parking.
Walk: NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM VERTIGO!!! Fairly easy walk over "gypsum land" with lots of sink-holes and holes down to underground caves - careful not to fall into any of them! - till we reach the 500 (plus) year old Isabella's Bridge. After having crossed the bridge we walk towards a deserted village - steep descent down to the village - which we pass through to our lunch stop. After lunch we start climbing up again towards another deserted village, El Marchalico-Vinicas. Then a last short climb before we reach the cars.
