Itinerary description
We start from a car park in Huercal Overa and walk down to the rambla, which we follow for a while before we come to La Santa, a nice place with a small chapel for the "Virgen del Rio". The place was made up a few years ago and is worth a visit. We continued a little along the rambla before we started a steep uphill to our lunch stop. After lunch we had another little ascent till we got to the highest point and could start walking gradually downhill again towards the rambla and back to our cars. An interesting walk in a different area with beautiful views. It was a very warm day and we were happy about the few places where we could rest in the shades.
