Itinerary description
This hike was a mix of 75% Aqua hike, 15% rock climbing, and 10% walking on a decent trail! =)
It starts from Chouane Gate, we walled along side the river until we started going up the hill. Afterward, we had to switch from one side tonthe other to reach to the very tip of the river that goes into the sinkhole.
From there we reached to Jannet Chouane, apart of jabal Moussa reserve. To end our hike at that point. Taking a car back to where we have parked.
Don’t let the images fool you, the hike is not easy and not for beginners! It requires advanced skills and strength to be able to really hold the weight of your body at certain locations.
This was a discovery hike.. you will see me tracking back and finding another way. If you don’t see me taking any pictures while tracking back, know that it is a dead end.
