Itinerary description
Ascent to Pico Viejo via track number 9 (Sendero 9) and way back on the same way. This track is well marked and never too dangerous for all the way. The first half is very easy, the second one gets harder in terms of energy required. Consider about 6/7 hours for the whole way (up and down from the same), don't forget to bring water/food and a jacket for the cold wind. The views are awesome, one of the best trails I have ever done.
NOTE: the trail starts and ends at "Mirador de la Nas narices del Teide". Ignore the first part of the mapped trail
