Itinerary description
The first section of trail from Nasbinals to Aubrac was not on foot. We took the 9.30am bus.
As we came out of Aubrac walking on road, sufficient verge to avoid risk from traffic, we walked too far and doubled back through forest to trail start we wanted which was the blue route. The markets for this are good. It is a splendid route though some sections later in trail are steep and subject to getting wet and muddy so care is needed on rocky decline. With care it is fine.
