Itinerary description
Heading towards La Noria and taking La Cola past Seacrest kennels there is a large transmitter with a track leading up to it. Once past the transmitter there are a number of paths cross crossing a plateau heading in the direction of Frigiliana. The clearest paths are to the right of the ridge. Once near the houses we enter an urbanisation and follow Calle Imaroga to La Molineta and then onto Frigiliana
