Itinerary description
Trail begins in the carpark at the back of the Mercadona supermarkert in Nerja, southern Spain, and ascends to Frigiliana through the valley of the Rio Higueron. In winter, there may be some water in the river, but it is seldom impassible. The first part of the walk is through a semi industrial landscape, but it is worth persevering. The final part is via the roadway from La Molineta to Frigiliana
