Itinerary description
This is a fascinating walk which follows a delightful path up the steep valley from Nijar to Huebro passing about 25 ancient disused water mills along the way. It is very interesting to imagine the torrents of water gushing from one mill to the next, providing power to all the mills as it went. As the path is steep and stony, we decided to return to Nijar along the quiet road.
