Itinerary description
This 5.5km walk takes you from the base of Ninderry Waterfall, up to the top of the falls and then across the western ridge to the top of Mt Ninderry. Park at the end of Mountain View Crt and head along the bush track about 400m till you see a small trail going off to the right along the creeks edge. That will take you to the base of the falls. From there, we walked up to the cliff edge and skirted east along the side to the top and followed the trail around to check out the waterfall. Next, back track about 100m metres and follow the trail that heads east up the ridge to the base of Ninderry. Don't deviate and it will take you to a steep gorge then up to the top of Mt Ninderry and join the tourist track. Check out our Facebook hiking site for more information- "Take A Hike- Qld".

I attempted to follow this, but my navigation skills need some work. I headed up past the waterfall and made it to the top tourist route lookouts but took a harder version unintentionally. A great solo hike nonetheless. Thank you for sharing and I'll attempt your route again.

I went a bit off track, other than that, a great hike. A different take on one of my favourite mountains

Thank you Jeff. Followed a bit of your trail which made it easier, otherwise I would have been flying blind. Great hike with views & scenery to match!👍
