The Bødal Glacier lies at the end of the Bødalen Valley, and is an offshoot of the great glacier Jostedalsbreen. The area belongs to the National Park Jostedalsbreen.
Drive from Loen through Tjugen past the Lovatnet until you arrive at Bødal, you can then continue on a gravel road to the parking lot (toll road), but we have walked on foot. Nice walk to the mountain farm Bødalssetra, and on to the glacier.
