Itinerary description
Easy for any age. The trail starts in Murren, you can not drive up to there.
Take the gondola in Lauterbrunnen train station to Murren (parking at the same station).
I made the trail clockwise. The first 5-6 kms are beatiful, after the Schitalp restaurant you reach a plateau with nice panoramic views to the mountains. At that point I would recommend going back down using the same path backwards because the rest of the trail is really ugly under gondola cables, houses, constructions and paved roads (not very nice at all).
