Itinerary description

Trail leading to Balma Boves which seems to be a place where, in the past, cheese was made. Currently the Balma Boves serve as a museum. Some parts of the trail require maintenance because they are overgrown by brambles (especially between Colle della Rochetta and Balma Boves). The trail is however still clearly visible. Starting point is the Valle de Po campsite. Endpoint is the town Sanfront. Connected by a busline to Paesana (www.buscompany.it). Sanfront have several cafes and grociery stores. During the summer you may be able to find Ramasins, a locally produced prunus. No drinking water taps along the way and no benches or lunch places. I would not recommend this trail during hot days.
