Trekking to the lush cave.
From the town of Umbu Langang following a path along the river, for approximately 3 km. In the end it gets a little complicated because you have to jump from rock to rock and sometimes it slips, that's why I make it difficult because it's not for everyone or for small children. Now, if you are used to it, put on your boots, contact the local guide and you will be amazed by one of the most beautiful treks in Sumba where few of us have ever been. The guide tells me I'm number 20 so get an idea. The place surprises with its unspoiled beauty and the atmosphere is incredible. Very good photos. You can bring water and food, halfway there is a spring to refuel. It is recorded only back. There is a traditional picnic area at the beginning where you can eat your picnic next to the parking lot. If you want to know the name of the best guide, I can tell you on the reference website to explore Sumba: www.viajarasumba.com
