A simple trail near the river CÁVADO, starting near Carvalhos (but clear of all the houses) and heading in the direction of Quintães.
An unmarked walk (linear) taking you through woodland running alongside the river although not always in sight.
Completed 5 kms, stopped for picnic on the beach (Fornelos) before returning.
Full one way trail from Barcelos is an option with 22.15 kms.
