Itinerary description
From the A-7204 near Kilometre 37, up the ridge of Pena Negra via a steep ascent, passing a cave along the way. Once on the ridge, the going becomes very difficult, with a choice between scrambling on limestone or forcing a way through prickly vegetation. The route to the summit was not completed, and the descent was on steep, mixed ground. Throughout the route, there are no footpaths and very few cairns or other markers. A route for hardened scramblers only.
