From activity centre follow the obvious signed dirt track up along south flank of valley

Large stone cairn in forest after which path climbs a bit more

After an hour emerge suddenly out of forest into beautiful pastures backed by rock peaks. There's a shepherd cabin just off to right

From cabin take signed trail SSW for start of tough climb. At moment you can't see pic d'anie it's behind the other peaks. Pretty much last reliable water is here so full up

As U reach small flat grassy meadow the path forks and is quite indistinct. Go left not straight heading south and keep climbing

Route now enters complicated rock terrain and many Cairns make it confusing but for now move away from mountain

Head for the gap on west side of peak on a clearer path

Once on flank trail is easy as it rises fast over tight packed scree snow can linger late here so be careful markers show way

Bending more to south and view to Spain there is a small easy climb up rock face. Nothing scary

Climbing over more screen and rock where path again fades in and out U get views to table de trois rois as U now head east

Another very short easy bit with hands and then an upward haul
