Teide from sea to near-to-sea (Guia-de-Isora).
The GPS track is ending where battery stay empty. The heviest day was 3rd - descent from TF38 road to Guia-de-Isora - neverending trail and hot weather. Keep at least 3 (better 5) liters of water for 3rd day. Better chose descent by small gravel road, not the trail.

Well done, hell of a hike. I have walked sections of this in the past but never the whole trail from El Socorro to Teide. Thanks for posting.
