Itinerary description

Good walk from Ponte di Nava car park along the Tanaro river using an established trail. Mostly shaded (very welcome in hot weather). Cross the road bridge from the car park then go left and down slope to follow path along the riverbank. The trail continues up higher then back down nearer the river as it approaches Ormea. We took a couple of detours along the way to see parts of the woodland and river.
