Itinerary description
Perfectly marked route (part of the GR11-E) starting in Porto Brandão. Coming from Lisbon you can catch a ferry in Belém. In only 10 minutes you'll cross the river Tejo and arrive in Porto Brandão. The hiking route starts at the Estação Fluvial (boat station).
The route shows a great variety in landscapes. You'll pass small villages, urban areas and some impressive hidden mansions. You'll walk through meadows, farmlands, forest and dunes... Until you reach the beautiful beach of Fonte da Telha.
