Itinerary description
Great hike with some beautiful views that includes two beautiful waterfalls. The path is wide and Sandy but there’s a lot of altitude difference so be prepared. There’s also hardly any shade so in hot summers days (like today when it was a whooping 37C) hiking for over 4 hours in the sun was an extra challenge. We cheated a little and got a ride the last 3 km along the main road as our legs were toast by then as were our bodies after the long hot day :-) Both waterfalls were a very welcome change to cool down and have a swim in pristine, ice cold waters.
